bringing to a close four weeks filled with football, education and unique experiences for the dozens of children who took part in this year&#8217;s edition. For the second consecutive year, the partnership between Kerkyra United and AFC Ajax Amsterdam once again demonstrated its strength and value, offering young athletes an authentic training experience based on the methodology of the world&#8217;s leading club in talent development.<\/strong><\/p><p>Throughout the programme, participants had the opportunity to experience first-hand the way players at the Ajax Academy are developed through a comprehensive training model that combines technical development, tactical awareness, quick decision-making and, above all, the cultivation of the right football mentality. Every training session was designed not only to improve footballing skills, but also to strengthen each child&#8217;s character, self-confidence and passion for the game.<\/p><p>Under the guidance of Xander Baert, Coordinator at AFC Ajax Amsterdam, and with the valuable contribution of the coaching staff, Ajax&#8217;s renowned training philosophy was implemented with precision through a demanding yet enjoyable programme tailored to the needs of each age group. At the same time, particular emphasis was placed on the individual development of every participant, creating an environment in which each child felt valued, developed a meaningful relationship with the coaches and progressed according to their own abilities and individual characteristics.<\/p><p>The enthusiastic response of the children, the trust shown by parents and the exceptionally high organisational standards confirmed the success of this year&#8217;s programme, establishing Ajax Camps Kerkyra as an institution that continues to grow while providing meaningful football education in Corfu.
